A Swift car skidded off the Guldanda Road in Bhaderwah on Saturday, leaving five persons injured, including two critically.
A rescue operation was launched immediately after the accident, and all the injured were shifted to SDH Bhaderwah for treatment.
Later, one of the critically injured succumbed to injuries at SDH Bhaderwah. The deceased has been identified as Mashooma Begum of Akhnoor, Jammu.
Five others from Akhnoor, Jammu are currently undergoing treatment at SDH Bhaderwah. Two of them are reported to be in critical condition.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident. Further details are awaited.
