In view of the recent tragic cloudburst incidents in Paddar, which have caused significant hardship and disruption to the lives of the local residents, the Hon’ble Minister of Transport, Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, has issued directions to Managing Director JKRTC to ensure immediate relief by deploying RTC buses for free of cost transportation to needy and affected people under direct supervision of District administration.
These vehicles will be available to and fro, connecting Paddar with nearby safe locations, relief camps, and essential points. The service is aimed at facilitating the safe evacuation, mobility, and transport for those impacted by the calamity.
