J&K BJP President Sat Sharma chaired an organizational meeting of Mandal Dansal and Mandal Nagrota in the Nagrota Assembly Constituency today at Nagrota.

The meeting was attended by the Shakti Kendra, Booth Presidents and party workers with an aim to strengthen the party’s grassroots structure and to review the organizational working in the area.

J&K BJP General Secretary Baldev Singh Billawaria, Jammu North District President Nand Kishore Sharma, Seh-Prabhari Vinay Gupta, Vistarak Inderjeet Sharma also addressed the meeting.

Addressing the meeting, Sat Sharma said that the BJP draws its strength from the dedication of its grassroots workers. He said that every activist is a pillar of our mission to serve the people. Regular interaction with the public and effective implementation of public welfare schemes must be the priority of every activist. He encouraged the party leaders to focus on booth management, resolve local issues, and act as a bridge between the administration and the people.

Sharma further asked the party leaders to intensify their grassroots efforts and work in alignment with the party’s mission to empower every citizen and build a strong, self-reliant Jammu & Kashmir.

Baldev Singh Billawaria said that the party organization is only as strong as its foundation. He stated that the party’s Shakti Kendra and booth units are the first point of contact with the people, and we must ensure their active and disciplined functioning.

Nand Kishore Sharma assured the senior party leadership that the Jammu North district will play a leading role in carrying out the party activities at ground level.

Before the meeting, Sat Sharma offered prayers at the sacred shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi in Kol Kandoli Mandir, Nagrota, seeking blessings for peace and prosperity in Jammu & Kashmir. He was accompanied by Baldev Singh Billawaria and Nand Kishore Sharma during the visit.

Later, as part of the BJP’s environmental commitment and ongoing afforestation drive, Sat Sharma, along with other senior leaders, planted a sapling in the premises, encouraging party workers and locals to participate actively in plantation initiatives for a greener future.

Mandal Presidents Vikas Gupta and Sanjay Kumar, District Vice-President Rajinder Singh, along with prominent Sarpanchs including Satish Kumar, Capt. Piare Lal, and Chuni Singh, Vikrant Dev Singh, Pankaj, and several other local prominent leaders and workers were also present.
