 In response to the emergency caused by heavy rains, floods and disruption of train services, a dedicated help desk has been established at Jammu Tawi railway station. The desk is staffed by officers from the Railways, civil administration and Government Railway Police (GRP) Jammu.

Stranded pilgrims and passengers requiring assistance may visit the help desk in person or contact the dedicated landline at +91 191 2955351.
