An exhibition handball match was organised at S.D. Sabha School by the Arun Sharma Sports and Social Welfare Trust in collaboration with the Arun Sharma Handball Academy, with the aim of promoting sports and encouraging young handball players.The exhibition match was played between Arun Sharma Handball Club and Jammu Handball Club. In a closely contested encounter, Arun Sharma Handball Club emerged victorious by a margin of one goal.

Sh. Sanjeev Verma, IAS, Chief Electoral Officer, Jammu and Kashmir, attended the event as the Chief Guest, while Sh. Parshotam Dadichi, President, Sanatan Dharam Sabha J&K, was the Guest of Honour.

Speaking on the occasion, Chief Guest Sanjeev Verma appreciated the efforts of the Arun Sharma Sports and Social Welfare Trust and the participating players for promoting handball and encouraging youngsters to take up sports. The event was also attended by DYSP Akshay Khajuria, Sh. Rahul Ji, along with several senior handball players and sports personalities, including Renu Rattan, International Handball Player, Sonia Jain, Smt. Vinay and Arti Thakur.

The organisers highlighted the importance of providing young athletes with opportunities to showcase their talent and gain competitive experience.

The vote of thanks was presented by Ashutosh Sharma, Trustee, Arun Sharma Sports and Social Welfare Trust, who expressed gratitude to the chief guest, guest of honour, players, senior sportspersons and all those who contributed to the successful organisation of the event.
