Commissioner Jammu Municipal Corporation, Pankaj Magotra, conducted an extensive tour of Peerkho and inspected work on Rs. 4.24 crore Pathyway Project being executed from Peerkho to Water Point, Panjtirthi near Balram Ji Temple under AMRUT.
He gave on spot directions to the concerned officers for completion of ongoing work in a time bound manner. This project will greatly help in further increasing the tourist influx towards Jammu besides providing clean and pollution free atmosphere to locals especially morning walkers.
Among others Jaspal Singh, Joint Commissioner (Works), Arun Gupta, Executive Engineer (T) and field staff of JMC accompanied the Commissioner during the tour.
