Apart from zone-wise restriction, there is a limited number of activities that will remain prohibited throughout the UT of J&K, irrespective of zones

These include travel by air, rail, metro and inter-state movement by the road.

Running of school, college, institutions, hospitality services, including hotels and restaurants, place of large gathering, such as cinema halls, malls, gym, sports complex, social, political, cultural and all kind of gathering, religious place/ place of worship for public, Wine Shops, Resturants shall remain closed.

Inter State, Inter District and Intra District shall continue to remain banned except for purposes permitted in specific categories in specific Districts. 

The movement of the individuals in the non-essential category shall be restricted from 7AM to 7 PM.

All the permitted activities shall apply to all areas of UT of Jammu and Kashmir except for Containment( Red Zones inside Districts )  Zones defined by the Respective District Magistrates. 

The Government has already ordered that certain Industrial and Agricultural activities shall continue in J&K and According to the latest SOPs these activities shall not require any fresh permission. 

E-commerce limited to Essential items has been allowed for Red/Green/Orange Zones of J&K. 

Movement of 2 Persons in a Car is allowed in Red Zones For permitted activities only. 

Additionally for Green Zones Barber shops, Salon and Spas have been allowed to open. 

Intra District bus service has also been allowed in Green Zones and the bus services can also start between two greenDistricts in J&K with 50% of actual capacity.
