As per the directions of higher authorities, restaurant namely Mad Glad 2.0 sealed in Village Suketar, Tehsil Dansal adjoining NH-44 for violating pollution related guidelines.
Tehsildar Dansal Dhruv Gupta and SHO Jhajjar Kotli Insp. Samson Bhatti were heading the team.
Revenue officials and police team were also present. The exact violation was the absence of facility of STP/ETP which is mandatory as per JK Pollution Control Committee guidelines and Hon'ble NGT Orders in 0.A No. 593/2017.
