The governor administration on Wednesday appointed Kifayat Hussain Rizvi as Honorary General Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir State Branch of Indian Red Cross (IRC) Society for a period of three years.
Rizvi has earlier served as commissioner/secretary to Government, Labour and Employment Department Jammu and Kashmir.
