The Baramulla District Administration has started adedicated bus service for Government employees to ferry them to and from theiroffices.The directions in this regard were given by Deputy Commissioner Dr GNItoo today at a meeting convened to review the attendance of employees indistrict.

The Deputy Commissioner directed the officials concerned tomake all necessary arrangements for the employees to attend work.The DC wasinformed that a comprehensive transportation plan was already in place to ferrygovernment employees to and from their offices.

As per the plan, SRTC buses to General Bus Stand, Baramulla,will be available for employees at the following locations.

SMHS Hospital Srinagar: 8:30 AM

Sopore: 9 AM

Watergam: 9 AM

Uri: 8:30 AM

Tangmarg: 8:30 AM

At the end of the workday, the buses will drop the employeesback to their destinations in the evening, starting from Baramulla at 4:30 PM.

The DC directed all employees to return to their duties fromSaturday, warning that Checking Teams have been formed to check attendance inoffices.
